1.Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine

Use and Introduction:
Vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine is a new type of product successfully developed by our company after years of hard work, digesting and absorbing foreign technology and combining with my country's national conditions. The product has advanced technology, simple structure, stable operation, reliable operation, low noise, easy operation and easy cleaning. It is suitable for cleaning control bottles or molded antibiotic bottles in pharmaceutical factories, and can also be used for cleaning injection ampoules or oral liquid bottles.
According to customer needs, optional:
◆Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Delta and other brand control systems;
◆On-line detection, alarm, recording and printing systems for water, air pressure, water temperature and ultrasonic intensity, dust particles, and wind speed.
Features:
◆This machine is a vertical drum structure, which adopts the method of turning over the manipulator and the reciprocating tracking of the nozzle. Using ultrasonic cleaning and water-air alternate jet flushing, it can automatically complete the whole process of bottle feeding, ultrasonic cleaning, external washing, internal washing, and bottle discharging. The overall transmission process simulates the principle of external meshing of gears. The machine has low bottle breaking rate, wide versatility and stable operation. Since water and pipelines are not cross-contaminated, it fully meets the requirements of GMP.
◆The bottle feeding adopts a two-stage mesh belt structure to ensure that the bottle has enough thrust in the water, so that the screw is not short of bottles.
◆There is a buffer device at the bottle feeding position of the screw to ensure that the bottle is not broken and the screw is not worn. The screw is made of non-toxic and pollution-free polyoxymethylene material, and the central shaft is reinforced with stainless steel to ensure that the screw is not deformed.
◆Equipped with anti-shake device of needle head, which can improve the accuracy of spray needle entering the bottle and reduce the phenomenon of breakage.
◆The manipulator extension rod and the large plate are equipped with an oil leakage prevention mechanism to ensure that the lubricating oil does not contaminate the water tank
