● Production Process

a. Glass tube ：Push the glass tube up against the rubber head, and place the lower end next to the stove head

b. Heated glass tube：standby table preheated for 30 minutes, about 200 degrees

c. Tube-feeding:the length of the tube-feeding is about 50mm longer than the unloading tray, let the glass tube preheat for a circle on the machine, and then install the beater screw to let it drop by itself. The length of the drop tube at the ejector pin is about 10m longer than the bubble shell mold.

d. The three-pronged fire of No.1 is set at 8mm, the three-pronged fire of No.2 is set to 10m, the three-pronged fire of No.3 is set to 8m, and the sealing scissors are set to cut at the position of 8-10m

e. Use a primer to burn the bottom of the glass tube evenly

f. Preheat the glass tube for 3 times

g. The 4th station starts to stretch the bottom with wind

h. Heating, cooling, and heat preservation (3 stations) Mold station ,observe whether the glass tube is suitable for production:

● If the temperature is too high, speed up the machine speed,

● If the temperature is not enough, slow down the machine Speed,

● If the temperature is suitable, open the mold cylinder ball valve and let it blow bubbles

i. After the blister is formed, let it cool down for 2 stations

● Principle and Function of Conveyor

Conveyor is normally made in horizontal type to convey of glassware into annealing furnace. It's distance varies according to different models, generally ranging from 2 meters to 70 meters.

a. After each equipment is installed, the conveyor is carefully debugged to meet the requirements of the drawing.

b. All reducers and moving parts are filled with corresponding lubricating oil.

c. After the installation of the conveyor meets the requirements, each individual equipment shall be tested manually, and the conveyor shall be combined to debug the conveyor to meet the requirements of the action.
