Operation process: PLC control, touch screen operation

1. Manual feeding (the tail of the raw material can be fixed with auxiliary tape to facilitate the collection of waste materials);

2. Enter the size and length of scrap to be cut;

3. Pneumatic holding, servo motor drive, automatic feeding;

4. Cutting fixed length, knife wheel walking cutting (round trip cutting);

5. The whole beam is broken under pneumatic pressure;

6. Automatic aggregate device, reserved interface by manual feeding or directly transmitted to the back-end feeding platform;

7. Manual identification of waste.
