● Container loading in our factory is all done by ourselves,or if loading is carried out at seaport,delivery to the seaport is done by our own driver to ensure the safety or possible shocking or bumping of your machines.

Q: What is your process for ordering machines from us?

Step 1: You issue a formal formal purchase order (PO) to us. Usually, before you decide which machine to buy, we have had a lot of discussions about the product details, OEM or custom requirements, delivery time or shipping method, so when you decide to place an initial order , please send us the official PO, it will be better if you can attach the detailed requirements we talked about before as production reference.

Step 2: We will check your PO and check the manufacturing plan with our production team, once all information is confirmed, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) against your PO to confirm your order, then Please sign or stamp the PI to confirm the information with us.

Step 3: You pay our mutually agreed deposit via PO&PI, then we will arrange the production of the machine for you

Step 4: Before the official production, we will confirm the OEM information with you, such as packaging design, logo location, instruction manual, if necessary, even the pre-production sample, when you confirm, we will start the official manufacturing machine

Step 5: One or two weeks before the preparation date, we will update the production of your goods for your approval. There are also date inspection items and shipping arrangements.

Step 6: Once you agree to ship, we will book the ship and date for you. You can use your own freight forwarder, or if you don't have one we will arrange for you, don't worry. At the same time, you arrange balance payment according to our agreed payment term on PO&PI.

Step 7: After receiving your balance payment, we will load all the whiteboards of your bulk order from our factory into the container arranged by the freight forwarder and update you with all the loading images of your shipment.

Step 8: The relevant documents for customs clearance will be issued about 7-15 days after the ship sails, and we will send all the documents to you as soon as possible so that you can prepare for the arrival of the goods.

Step9: After you receive the goods, we will provide 24-hour after-sales service, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How to pay us after ordering from us?

Q: What is the lead time ?

▲ since we don't keep stock,so all our machines are ordered to fabricate,so,if it is a normal model without too much computerization,it normally takes around 40days,

▲ If it is a complicated modification,it might take around 50-60days.

Q: What is the packaging?

Machines are mostly packing in seaworthy wooden cases. Bubble film is applied to wrap up the machine before package is made,Accessories and wearing items(if any) shall be packed in smaller boxes inside the wood case.

In case,inner packages are applied,each individually package shall be taken good care of to prevent it from colliding with others and causing surface scratches; all products are packed in standard composite board wooden boxes, and then sealed with nails.

There is a product identification card on the front of the product outer packaging carton, indicating the product name, item number, color, quantity, weight and packaging size. Bar codes can also be attached according to the special requirements of customers. To facilitate customer inspection and delivery.

Q: How to do deliver to you?

Sea freight is normally considered as the most economic and efficient,while air freight save you much much,Rail transporation is also available for some inland special countries or regions.

When the goods arrive at your seaport, you need to arrange customs clearance and trucks to deliver them to your warehouse. All of these can be assigned to your freight forwarder, and it is not complicated.

At that time, we are also ready to assist you on time of shipping space booking,custom declaring and etc.

Q: How to install?

Installing the glass sealing machine looks complicated but it is actually easy since the machine is normally packed as a whole,what to do is mostly connecting.
Most of the buyer can normally do with our operation manual and installation videos if our engineers on site service is not required.
