Features
● The machine adopts high-precision positioning screen printing, the bottle is horizontal on the side of the printer, two net plate back swing can print four bottles at a time, so the efficiency is high, exquisite printing, good consistency.
● The electric heating furnace adopts the automatic temperature control system. When the temperature reaches the upper limit of the set value, the heating automatically cuts off. When the temperature is lower than the lower limit of the set value, the temperature of the heater automatically turns on the power furnace rises.

Main Composition Principle
The machine is composed of printing press (including automatic bottle drop device, ampoule transmission device, screen printing device), electric heating furnace and inspection and packaging platform.

● Bottle-dropping device

Before debugging, measure whether the resistance value of each heating wire meets the electrical requirements, check whether the joint is fastened and inserted, and check whether the contact site is reliable and grounded. Turn on the power supply to make the furnace temperature slowly rise (can be set at 350℃ ~400℃), heat preservation for 2 hours to dry the humidity in the furnace, (make the thermal insulation material and furnace tank moisture discharge, furnace temperature rise too fast easy to burn the furnace tank and thermal insulation material). Q: What are the main points in the operation?
◆ Before each start, carefully check whether all parts of the machine are loose and confirm that there is no problem before driving.

Q: Electrical appliance part description
◆ The local power supply is 380V, three-phase four-wire system. Before using the machine, the power supply shall be checked, and the power supply voltage and grounding shall meet the relevant regulations of the state. When debugging the machine, press the start motor button first. If the motor is reversed, press the stop button immediately, turn off the power supply, and restart the motor after adjusting any two phases in the power supply line.
◆ After correct detection and normal motor transmission debugging, the heating manual or automatic switch can be opened to adjust to the required temperature. Generally, the heating time is about 40 minutes, and the printing operation can be performed after the indicated temperature reaches. During heating, the motor should be rotated as much as possible to extend the transmission life.
◆ Before the equipment is shut down, turn off the heating switch to reduce the temperature in the furnace below 100℃ before pressing the motor stop button to stop each mechanism, and then turn off the PC power supply and the main power supply.
