The air separated by the medical oxygen generator is mainly composed of two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature conditions, the compressed air is filtered, dewatered and dried, and then enters the adsorption tower. The nitrogen in the air in the adsorption tower is removed. The molecular sieve is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, so that the oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flows out from the outlet and is stored in the oxygen buffer tank, while the molecular sieve that has completed the adsorption in another tower is rapidly depressurized, and the adsorbed components are analyzed. The two towers circulate alternately. , you can obtain cheap oxygen with a purity of ≥90%. The valve automatic switching of the whole system is automatically controlled by a computer.

Ⅳ.Maintenance：

● The planned maintenance can reduce the loss of the machine, reduce the possibility of machine failure, prolong the normal working time of the machine, and bring considerable economic benefits to the hospital.

● The machine should be maintained in strict accordance with the daily, weekly, monthly and regular maintenance systems, and preventive maintenance should be done to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

● For consumables, purchase plans should be made in advance, and key components, such as oil and gas separators, main filters, etc., must be replaced in strict accordance with the requirements.

● Now combined with several issues that the equipment is most concerned about:

(l) There is moisture in the compressed air system: there is moisture in the system, generally due to the failure of the condensate discharge system of the refrigeration dryer. The machine adopts a solenoid valve to control the condensate discharge. The fault is generally that the solenoid valve is dirty or the discharge pipe is blocked. Solenoid valve dirty blocking solution: disconnect the air dryer from the entire compressed air system, remove the air dryer side plate, close the ball valve, release the pressure by operating the condensate discharge button, and then remove the cover. Remove the ball valve with filter, filter, O-ring and solenoid valve respectively. The solenoid valve and filter can be cleaned with neutral detergent.

(2) Insufficient oxygen purity: Compressed air comes out from the air balance tank, passes through the main filter, precision filter (class B and C), and sterilization filter to reach the oxygen production system, and obtains ideal oxygen through molecular sieve. Therefore, if the oxygen purity is not enough, first check whether the compressed gas pressure of the balance tank is between 0.62~0.80MPa. If normal, check each filter one by one to find the cause.

Q: The air compressor cannot be started

Analysis of the reason: there is no main power supply or control voltage. The star-shaped three-phase timer is damaged.

Solution: Check power supply. Check control line fuses. Check the transformer secondary winding for the main control voltage.

Replace the star three-phase timer.

Q: The air compressor machine stops periodically.

Reason for analysis: The exhaust temperature of the main engine is high. Main motor overload. Belt tension protection after installation Abnormal line pressure.

Solution:Add coolant. Set the overload protection to the correct value and turn the switch to the reset position. Replace the belt. Make sure that the voltage does not drop below 10% at startup and below 6% during operation.

Q: The temperature of the air compressor is too high and it stops.

Analysis of the reason: the air compressor is operating at a higher pressure than the rated pressure. The pre-filter is blocked. The cooler is blocked. Panel missing or incorrectly installed. Not enough coolant. High ambient temperature. Cooling airflow is obstructed.

Solution:Set the correct pressure for the machine rating. Wipe or replace the prefilter. Wipe the cooler. Ensure proper installation of all panels. Add coolant and check for leaks. Move the air compressor to another location. Make sure the air compressor has the correct airflow.

Q: Safety valve opens

Analysis of the reason: the switch is faulty or the pressure switch is set incorrectly. The minimum pressure valve fails to function. The loading solenoid valve is faulty. The bleed valve is faulty. Intake valve malfunctioning.

Solution: Replace the relief valve, or set the correct pressure as the machine is rated. Replace the minimum pressure valve. Replace the loading solenoid valve. Replace the bleed solenoid valve. Replace the intake valve.

Q: Oxygen low purity

Analysis of the reasons: 1. The connecting pipeline joints are loose and leaking. 2. The pneumatic valve fails. 3. The solenoid valve fails. 4. The working pressure of the adsorption tower is insufficient. 5. The molecular sieve powder fails.

Solution:1. Use soapy water to detect leaks and eliminate looseness and leakage 2. Check whether the air source pressure of the cylinder is insufficient, adjust the pressure regulating valve 3. Check the connection coil and valve body 4. Increase the intake pressure and check the pressure regulating valve 5 , supplement or replace molecular sieve

Q: What is your process for ordering machines from us?

Step 4: Before the official production, we will confirm the OEM information with you, such as packaging design, logo location, instruction manual, if necessary, even the pre-production sample, when you confirm, we will start the official manufacturing machine

Step 5: One or two weeks before the preparation date, we will update the production of your goods for your approval. There are also date inspection items and shipping arrangements.

Step 6: Once you agree to ship, we will book the ship and date for you. You can use your own freight forwarder, or if you don't have one we will arrange for you, don't worry. At the same time, you arrange balance payment according to our agreed payment term on PO&PI.

Q: What is the packaging?

Machines are mostly packing in seaworthy wooden cases. Bubble film is applied to wrap up the machine before package is made,Accessories and wearing items(if any) shall be packed in smaller boxes inside the wood case.

In case,inner packages are applied,each individually package shall be taken good care of to prevent it from colliding with others and causing surface scratches; all products are packed in standard composite board wooden boxes, and then sealed with nails.

There is a product identification card on the front of the product outer packaging carton, indicating the product name, item number, color, quantity, weight and packaging size. Bar codes can also be attached according to the special requirements of customers. To facilitate customer inspection and delivery.

Q: How to do deliver to you?
