Introduction

The ampoule machine produced by our company puts out curved-neck, easy-folded.The products can meet the requirements of both domestic and international users in terms of the ampoule's shape, performance and packaging. This series includes: 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml curved neck easy fold ampoule. In this production line, each production line of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml model has one molding machine, one melting segment machine and one connection undercut machine. They are U-shaped. Each production line of 10ml, 20ml model has one molding machine, one melting segment machine connection undercut machine, they are arranged in the form of a L-shaped. This series of ampoule production line adopts horizontal multi-branch molding process to produce ampoules. it can achieve automatic tube putting, neck pressuring, drawing, section melting, bottle divided, nicking, points coloring, re-cut, flared, baking the bottom end, processes annealing, etc.
