Overview
Put the high borosilicate glass tube (diameter 85-115mm, thickness 2.8-3.2mm,length 150-250 mm) into the machine, which is automatically clamped by the mechanic and sent into the machine chuck (a total of 12/18 chucks, 12/18 stations), after flame heating, automatic shrinkage deformation is controlled by the program, and the screw thread mouth is automatically suppressed. After the soft fire is heated, it is automatically clamped by the robotic arm, drawn out and sent out. There is a PLC automatically controlling the forming.
