    The glass blowing machine is a device specially used to make various shapes of glass bottles, glass jars, glass pots ,glass balls and other crafts. The main function is to heat and melt the glass raw materials and then put them into the mold and blow compressed air into them, so that the glass can be accurately formed according to the size in the mold. So how does the glass blowing machine work?     The fully automatic glass  blowing machine adopts a turntable multi-station structural design. The entire process does not require manual operation, which can ensure both output and quality. The machine equipment mainly consists of an automatic unloading system, a heating system, an air blowing system, a mold control system, a truncation system, a material collection system and an annealing system. Each part works in coordination to process the glass tube together until the glass ball required for forming is formed.
    1. First, adjust the various parameters of the machine according to the specifications of the finished glass product so that the machine can work intelligently and automatically;

    2. Place the glass tube in the feed bin according to the requirements of the instruction manual and ignite it, then adjust the flame size and start the machine.

    3. At this time, the turntable starts to rotate, and the glass tube of each station moves to the fire head for heating. When it reaches a certain temperature, the glass tube almost becomes liquid. The mold of each station automatically approaches the glass tube, and the mold opens from the middle to wrap the glass tube. The blower tube starts to blow compressed air into the mold to make the glass tube form a bubble, which helps the glass tube fit the mold faster.

    4. The air blowing tube is the bridge for glass molding. Its design adopts a rotating uniform air blowing structure to ensure that the glass is evenly stressed. It stops automatically after blowing for a certain period of time.

    5. The mold opens automatically and the glass bubble is successfully shaped.

    6. The turntable of the workbench continues to operate, the mold automatically retracts, and the slicer and the material collector automatically correspond to the upper and lower ends of the glass, and the glass bubble and the glass tube are cut and separated from the set position;

    7. The material collecting clamp catches the disconnected product and slowly places it on the slide under each station.

    8. The glass bottle arrives in the annealing furnace in an orderly manner along the slide for annealing, and finally continues to slide forward slowly to cool down until it stops moving due to resistance.

   9. Check the product and pick out the defective products. At this point, a batch of exquisite glass products are born.
    With the development of automation technology, bubble blowing machines will continue to be transformed and upgraded by small and medium-sized enterprises, completely replacing the traditional manual blowing process and contributing to the glass industry.
