1. Glassblowing Section
A hookah typically begins with glassblowing. High-quality borosilicate or soda-lime glass tubes are fed into the machine. Specialized burners heat the glass to extremely high temperatures, typically around 1000-1200°C.
Precision molds are used to shape the glass into the unique hookah base. These molds can be customized to create a variety of base designs, from classic round shapes to more elaborate geometric or artistic shapes.
2. Stem and Hose Assembly
The stem of a hookah is another critical component, responsible for delivering smoke. Hookah machines use automated processes to cut, shape, and assemble the stem. Some machines can produce stems with precise diameters and lengths, ensuring optimal smoke flow.
Hose connection is also automated. The machine precisely positions and connects the hose connector to the mouthpiece and base, ensuring a tight, leak-free connection.
3. Filter and Charcoal Holder Installation
Many modern hookahs are equipped with advanced filtration systems. Hookah machines can precisely attach filters to the base or mouthpiece.
