1. Mold design
Preliminary design: According to the results of demand analysis, preliminary design of the mold is carried out, considering the mold material (stainless steel or graphite is recommended), structure, processing technology and other factors
Optimization design: Based on the preliminary design, optimize the structure of the mold, improve the strength and stability of the mold, reduce the risk of deformation and damage, and consider the convenience of mold disassembly and maintenance, as well as the coordination with other components
2.Mold production
Material selection: According to customer needs and mold use environment, select suitable materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, plastic, etc. (stainless steel or graphite is recommended) to ensure the strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the mold
Manufacturing process: According to the complexity of the mold , material properties and processing accuracy requirements, select the most suitable manufacturing process, such as CNC machining, laser cutting, EDM, etc., to ensure the quality and accuracy of the mold
Mold trial and trimming
Mold trial: After the mold is made, the mold is tested to check whether the mold meets the production requirements and whether the product has quality problems
Trim and improvement: According to the mold trial results, the mold is trimmed and improved as necessary to ensure that the dimensional accuracy, assembly accuracy and surface quality of the mold meet the requirements
3.Sample production
Sample trial: According to the design plan of "product appearance, product structure, product function", the sample trial is carried out before mass production development to simulate whether the mass production level sample meets the "performance requirements, ergonomics, and appearance aesthetics".
4.Continuous communication and feedback
Communication with customers: Throughout the design and manufacturing process, maintain continuous communication and feedback, solve problems and adjust design plans in a timely manner, understand customer feedback and demand changes, and provide customers with satisfactory solutions
