WYA type full servo tube drawing machine is mainly used for medicinal glass tubes (including white material, yellow material, blue material, etc.), energy-saving lamp tubes, capillary tubes (LED electric light source glass tubes, speed 400m/min), fluorescent tubes, 3.3 solar energy Glass tubes, etc., can also be used for drawing glass rods and plastic products.
2. Equipment performance characteristics:
Based on long-term production practice, we have made four technical improvements to similar traction equipment, which has effectively improved the applicability of the machine, achieved stable traction speed, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and simple and convenient operation.
Both the traction motor and the cutting motor adopt servo motors, which are controlled by computer programs.
The traction speed and pipe cutting length are controlled by a color touch screen, which can be increased or decreased by a small amount. And after the pipe cutting length is set, it will not be affected by the change of traction speed. The error of pipe cutting length is controlled within ±2mm.
The traction speed adapts to a wide range, and can be set arbitrarily within 0 ~ 400m/min, without replacing the reducer.
The lifting of the pressure tube traction belt adopts two ways of cylinder drive and hand-moving mechanical drive. If the latter is used for all electric furnaces, the air compressor can be omitted. The traction belt adopts a new material "high temperature felt", which will not pollute the glass tube and has a long service life.

4. Equipment process layout:
Distribution form of WYA full servo pipe drawing machine: there are two types: left type and right type. It can be equipped with a glass tube conveying turning machine to solve the problem of insufficient production space. With the turning machine, several pulling pipelines can be laid out in the same workshop.
