Today, Nantong Haiyun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. is undergoing a small machine upgrade and renovation project, which was completed on November 8, 2024. All work is ready, waiting for Iranian customers to inspect in person. After receiving the information that the customer was coming to the factory on the 10th, all employees of the company were very excited to meet and communicate with customers again.
    On the morning of the 12th, Iranian customers arrived in China and the company received and welcomed them. On the afternoon of the 12th, the salesperson accompanied the Iranian customers to the glass machinery production workshop to formally inspect the machine.
    The factory specially prepared a separate inspection warehouse for the machinery and samples of Iranian customers, and arranged a professional debugging master and an electrician, all for more efficient and convenient service. Due to the late arrival time on the afternoon of the 12th and the fact that the customer did not rest when he arrived in Nantong, the test machine continued to the 13th. On the 12th, the samples provided by the customer were compared with the products actually produced by the machine, which basically met the customer's requirements and the customer was very satisfied. On the 13th, the commissioning staff guided the customer to operate the equipment to test the machine, test the product performance, feel the changes in the differences between the machine's oxygen, gas, displacement and other parameters, etc., so that the customer can truly feel the stability and efficiency of the equipment. During the test, the customer had many unclear operations and principles. The commissioning master and other employees patiently answered them one by one, which further deepened the customer's trust in our machines and equipment and the company's strength.
    On the afternoon of the 13th, all machines completed the test successfully. The customer greatly appreciated our technicians and product quality and hoped for long-term cooperation. Afterwards, the company discussed with the customer details such as how to transport the machine and delivery time. We also collected the customer's final upgradeable suggestions for the machine and equipment, hoping that the equipment will get better and better.
