Since we prepared the packaging of the machines last week, we placed the beaker machines, cylinder base welding machines, etc. in the warehouse and waited for the customer to pick up the goods at any time. Finally, we received the booking notice from the customer on the evening of the 4th and planned to sail on the 10th and load the containers on the 5th. Since this Indian customer also bought other glass materials in China at the same time, he wanted to ship them to his port by sea. After negotiation, the customer's other several pallets of glass goods should also be transported to our factory and gathered together, and finally loaded together. This means that we have a greater responsibility, because these goods are fragile items, we must pay special attention to the placement method, placement environment and placement space of the goods. Avoid various unpredictable risks such as stacking, loading and unloading scratches, workers accidentally knocking over, rainwater wetting, and theft and loss.
In addition, in order to reduce logistics and loading and unloading costs, we and the delivery drivers of other goods of the customer and the loading and trailer drivers made an appointment at the same time point to facilitate direct loading and reduce the risk of detention. This is also a way to ensure the safety of the goods.
At 8 o'clock in the morning on the 6th, the two delivery drivers arrived at the factory one after another and loaded and unloaded the goods smoothly. The entire loading process is handled by dedicated warehouse personnel who explain the key points of loading and unloading to ensure the quantity, type, placement order, loading and unloading time and quality of the goods. Finally, the goods are reinforced with wooden boards, ropes, wrapping films, etc. until the trailer is successfully sent away.
After the trailer leaves at 10 am, the salesperson prepares all the customs declaration materials, bills of lading and other relevant documents for the customer's sea transportation needs. And collect transportation information and track the transportation status later to ensure normal transportation. After the goods arrive, remind the guests to pick up the goods in time, understand the customer's service feedback on the entire order, continuously improve the deficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
