What Is A Glass Sealing Machine?

Glass sealing machines are automated mechanical equipment used to seal glass containers. One end of a glass tube can be sealed, or the glass tube can be divided into two to form two cups. The working principle is to heat and melt the bottom of the glass at high temperature, burn the bottom flat to form a firm and sealed bottom.
The bottom sealing machine usually includes a slide, a three-claw chuck, a rotating rod, a fire head and a power control box. When working, the glass tube raw material is fixed to the chuck to keep it stable. After starting the equipment, the chuck moves along the slide bar to the set position to preheat the glass tube. Then heat until it melts, and moving the chuck will disconnect the glass tube, and then heat again to burn the bottom of the two sections of the glass tube flat. During the whole process, the fire head keeps moving and heating through the control system, so that the glass tube is heated evenly, thereby ensuring that the bottom of the high-temperature melted glass cup is flat and smooth.
The glass foundation machine is easy to operate, and the automatic operation program can be set and run with one button. In addition, the equipment has a compact structure, high working efficiency, and good bottom sealing quality. Bottom sealing machines are widely used in medical research, packaging, glass daily necessities and other fields.
Take the SM-J8 bottom sealing machine as an example. This equipment is suitable for automatic bottom sealing and forming of large borosilicate glass tubes, and is suitable for glass cups, glass milk bottles and other containers. Its technical parameters include:

‌Production capacity‌: 185 pieces/hour
‌   Applicable glass tube specifications (mm): outer diameter D: 90-120  , length: 45--260

‌   Used gas‌: fuel gas, oxygen
 ‌   Equipment dimensions‌: length×width×height (m): 1.8*0.75*1.15, weight 620KG.
In addition, we have other different types of bottom sealing equipment. If you are interested, please feel free to consult.
