Compared with the glass press machine, there is an additional cylinder for blowing (compressed air needs to be connected), and other operations are basically the same. What should we pay attention to when using the machine to produce glass teapots?
(1). Before use, you must undergo training or read the instructions carefully to understand the basic structure and principle of the machine.
(2). Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the power supply and air source are connected normally and whether other parts of the machine are intact.
(3). Wear personal protective equipment to avoid glass cuts or high temperature burns;
(4). When collecting finished glass products, you must use metal pliers and cannot touch them directly with your hands.
(5). In case of emergency, turn on the emergency stop switch in time.
(6). Clean the mold in time after use to avoid debris sticking to affect the accuracy of the next production product.
(7). Do not change the parameters that have been debugged before the machine leaves the factory unless necessary.
